Refunds

All sales are final. Folio is a digital download with a license key delivered the moment you pay, so we don’t offer refunds after purchase. Please try the live demo before you buy: it runs the same search, folders and cleanup as the app.

When we will refund

• You were charged more than once for the same order.
• Your key can’t be activated because of a problem on our side that we can’t fix within a few days.

In either case, email support@macmuse.app with the email address you bought with and your order number. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Dodo Payments, and the license key stops working once a refund is issued.
